[ about me ]

Hello, I'm Dr Connie Kerali.

I’m a medical doctor with over 15 years of experience in the National Health Service as a general practitioner (GP) and internationally in an occupational health setting. I am also a clinical hypnotherapist.

After reaching a point where the stress levels in my personal life left me with little reserve to deal with the daily pressures of working in a busy GP surgery, I ended up leaving my salaried post at the beginning of 2019. I went on to spend 18 months working abroad and whilst there I had coaching which helped me to identify my strengths and values and empowered me to launch my own business. I went on to train to become a certified hypnotherapist before going on to complete a clinical hypnotherapy diploma at the Anglo-European College of Therapeutic Hypnosis. I’m also a Coaching Diploma and Lifestyle Medicine student.

Hypnosis helped me to improve my sleep and reduce my stress levels, amongst other benefits. I became excited that I had learned a new way to improve the well-being of others that didn’t involve prescribing pills but instead enabled people to use the power of their own mind to help themselves. My coaching journey has shown me what is possible when people are given the time, space, and guidance to generate new ideas, find their purpose, and reach their aspirations. Progressing through my Lifestyle Medicine training has opened my eyes to the benefits of nutrition, exercise, sleep, and connection, far beyond the training I received during my time at Medical School. Now I want to use these skills to empower you to build confidencereduce chronic stress & anxiety, and transform your life.

Whilst results can vary from person to person, I can guarantee that I will use the same empathetic, non-judgmental, professional, and holistic approach that I’m well known for as a doctor. I will listen to the challenges that you are facing in your own life, and we can work together to create a tailored coaching and self-hypnosis program that will help you to achieve your well-being goals. I look forward to working with you.
