I’m Dr Connie Kerali, a medical doctor with over 15 years of experience, and a clinical hypnotherapist. After reaching a point where I had little reserve to deal with the daily pressures of working in a busy NHS GP surgery, I left my job in 2019. I went on to have coaching which empowered me to launch my own business, and I trained to become a clinical hypnotherapist which taught me how to reduce my stress and anxiety levels. Now I want to use these skills to empower you to build confidence, reduce chronic stressanxiety, and transform your life.

What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis enables you to leave behind external distractions and focus your attention on yourself and what’s happening within. It empowers you to identify and orchestrate your thoughts, feelings, perceptions, memories, and beliefs using the gift of your own imagination, to create a mindset that allows you to achieve your desired well-being goals.

A clinical hypnotherapist acts as a guide, teaching you how to focus your awareness so that you are better able to relax, identify limiting beliefs, release difficult emotions, get to the root cause of a problem, come up with solutions, and make transformational changes.

Think of hypnotherapy as the crossroads where meditation meets coaching. As each session is online, you can do this from the comfort of your own home.
